Easy Qigong Relaxation Workshop, On a date to be confirmed, 10.30am - 1.30pm. Taking place in Glasgow's Botanic Gardens (suitable for Absolute Beginners to Qigong as well as those of you who've been attending regular classes). Please email Hazel to register your interest.

                                      WEDNESDAYS,  9.40 - 10.40AM 

                     FROM 16TH SEPTEMBER - 7TH OCTOBER 2026 INCLUSIVE

       MORNINGSIDE CHRIST CHURCH CENTRE, HOLY CORNER, BRUNTSFIELD

                            Cost: £42 for each of the above 4 week courses
