ONLINE TAI CHI & QIGONG, MINDFUL MOVEMENT OR BREATHWORK CLASSES: ONE TO ONE/TWO TO ONE TUITION

One to one Tai Chi and Qigong, Mindful Movement or Breathwork Lessons can take place online via Zoom.

Each lesson is tailored to suit the needs, fitness levels and capabilities of the individual. After practising Tai Chi and Qigong you often feel relaxed, healthy, calm and energised.
