Continuing Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Course (Mondays, 7.00pm, from 18th October 2021) For continuing and complete beginners
Advanced Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Course (Wednesdays, 5.15pm, from 20th October 2021) Suitable if you're in Part 3 of the Square form.
Intermediate Level Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Course (Mondays, 5.15pm, from 18th October 2021) Suitable if you're in Part 6 of the square form and are almost ready to move into the 'Round' form
As an introductory offer, if you book up for one of the above courses, you'll also be offered a place in one of the other Tai Chi courses too.
